The staff was rude, the room smelled badly. I have severe animal allergies and their pet friendly policy put me in danger yet they refused to offer a room that had never had a pet in it or give me a refund. This establishment clearly does not put their customers first! ...read more

The location was nice. From the parking lot you could see the ocean.

Room was small and smell bad.

Not only was the room small and had a bad smell the toilet also didn't flush. We had to call room service to plunge it twice for us in 12 hours. The shower pulsed with hot and cold water- never a consistent temperature. The sheets on the bed weren't fitted and halfway through the night came undone. ...read more
